Neiman Marcus at Garden State Plaza in Paramus kicked off The Beauty Event — the department store’s annual Fall cosmetics and skincare sale — on Wednesday with their fabulous Project Beauty cosmetics presentation. The runway show featured the latest products from luxury brands like Chantecaille, Dior, Kiehl’s, Tom Ford, and Le Metier de Beaute.
One of my favorite products from the presentation was Chantecaille’s special edition Protect the Lion Eye Palette ($85), which is full of rich, earthy tones, and will compliment your Fall outfit hues perfectly. Kiehl’s debuted an amazing limited edition set featuring their best selling Reviving Concentrate and Midnight Recovery Concentrate for only $78.00. I have been using the latter for years (I swear by it) and have seen amazing results.
Le Metier de Beaute’s award-winning Instant Line Perfecting Serum ($150), which smooths, firms and tightens the skin is another featured product that I have my eye on. Dior introduced us to their beautiful limited-edition 5 Couleurs Eyeshadow Palette ($62) in Mariposa. They brought together a variety of textures in a single case to help you create different eye makeup styles through layering.
And Tom Ford can certainly do no wrong. His Lip Contour Duo ($53), which is a dual lip color and shaping tool, helps you create an ombré effect to your lips, from subtle contour to high-definition contrast. The model wore the most perfect Fall berry color called ‘I’Ll Teach You’ which I’m sure will be joining my arsenal very soon.
And the deals don’t end there. Now through September 18th, when you spend $125 in their beauty department, you will receive a stunning metallic tote bag full of samples from Oribe, Lancôme, Bulgari, and Smith & Cult. Happy shopping!
