Don’t you love a long weekend?! This year the kids have off almost a whole week, plus it’s the kick off to summer. Let’s get this summer started right!

Keeping in mind; everything including “bad” foods are okay in balance. Don’t go crazy and don’t starve yourself to have one of Aunt Rena’s Confetti cookies. Find your own happy medium. BUT there is one rule I want you to keep in mind this holiday weekend, “drink or sweet” – not both.
